The crepes are so delicious, especially my favorite, the ratatouille crepe. Pair it with some breakfast potatoes and a glass of wine and I’m in heaven. This morning my husband decided to try the omelette with smoked salmon. He said it was the bast omelette he’d ever had. My brother and sister-in-law both had the Croque Madam and both were delighted with their choice.
