Wow, we had a first class meal at Bowdies Sunday night. There were 3 of us, each started with a perfectly mixed cocktail and a set ice of delicious bread with whipped butter. We opted for no appetizers as we wanted to save our appetites for the steak. We ordered one 36 ounce Tomahawk steak for the table, and three sides, au gratin potatoes, creamed spinach and Brussel sprouts. Wow every dish was perfectly prepared and delicious! Waited sliced the steak at the table, and we ate it all family style. It was more than enough food and it left just enough room for dessert, it was a ten for a wonderful Sunday night meal!

I have been going to Crain's for many years. It's one of our favorites on the island. It's perfect when celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. Get your reservation in early because the smaller place can fill up quickly. I like the steaks and my wife likes the shrimp & grits. She proclaims it's the best in the country.

We have eaten at the Steakhouse several times and have always enjoyed it. We enjoy the live music and the friendliness of the staff. The food is always delicious!

It was a great meal at the bar - but we were disappointed the classic menu wasn’t available only a $160 per couple valentines special the day before Valentine’s Day Even with a reservation the host was overwhelmed with people with reservations we waited 20 minutes past our reservation time and decided to sit at the bar as soon as seats opened up The entire evening we watched the disfunction as people arrived and saw everyone waiting to be seated - maybe they took too many reservations and didn’t have enough staff? Good luck tonight to anyone going there for Valentines Day

So amazing! Can't wait to go back! Service was amazing! Our waiter (Abe) and our Gaucho were friendly, attentive and personable. Not to mention the lady who seated us was attentive to our comfort and needs. Food was all phenomenal! The "salad bar" on steroids had fresh amazing selections. The artichoke salad and chicken salad was to die for! I had to stop myself from eating to much so I had room for the amazing selections of meat that was brought out nonstop until we said "no more"! I did manage to fit in dessert after seeing the selection. The limoncello/raspberry cake was delicious!
