This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. Sandbar is an absolute delight! Kenny was our server , he could not have been more friendly or attentive! The food was sheer perfection! The atmosphere always feels warm, inviting, but upscale at the same time. There is a man who brings the food to the table , it’s always the same man , I need to find out his name ,,,, he is always full of Joy when bringing out your dinner! Yes… Sandbar is our very favorite restaurant !

Such an amazing experience! It was as if we were in the comfort of our own home, entertaining. The difference was, we didn’t have to do any of the work. We enjoyed every minute of it and highly recommend.

Food and entire experience were outstanding. We had 17 different and very imaginative dishes. The presentation, preparation and quality were extremely impressive. It is a unique and amazing experience, especially having it in Oyster Bay. The food was some of the best I have ever had, and I have eaten all over the world. The wine pairing truly enhanced the experience. It was extremely expensive, but totally worth it.
