- TTimTahoe / Reno Area •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoJay is THE MAN! We had a reservation at 8:30pm for Valentine’s Day and arrived about an hour early to see if they could get us in earlier. We were told no at first due to being fully booked so we got a drink at the bar to wait and hang out until our table was ready. Jay, who appeared to be either a barback or busser, took care of us immediately with his warm and funny charm and asked us if we’d like to sit and eat early. Of course we said yes, so he cleared off a table with lightning speed and in our opinion it was the best seat in the house. It overlooked the cliff and pool area right behind the bar and he was super attentive to us the entire time and ended up being our waiter the whole night. He was super funny, professional, and helpful during our entire meal experience and I would like to give him a huge shout out to making our dinner one to remember. Thank you Jay!More infoHualani'sPrice: Very Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Lihue•4.8

- OTOpenTable DinerVancouver / British Columbia •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThe Valentine's Day buffet was absolutely incredible - I was looking for a place that was offering seafood and at least one potato dish, some of my wife's favourite foods, and Naupaka delivered! We arrived about half an hour before our reservation and were invited to check out the property. There were hula lessons happening, then a Polynesian dance group, and then live music. The variety of food was great! The poke was the best I've ever had, the steak, while all cooked medium or more, was tender and juicy, and there was enough variety that almost anybody would find something they'd fall in love with, and the dessert selection - which included fresh chocolate covered strawberries - was enough to tempt you away from filling up on just entrees. My wife, who hates coffee, wants to give a special shoutout to the mocha mousse, which she snuck out a second of to save for later!More infoNaupaka TerracePrice: Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Lihue•4.3

- JJimVancouver / British Columbia •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoBeach front table waiting for us as requested. Welcome birthday glass of champagne when we were seated. Very relaxed ambience. We weren't rushed at all. Food was great - Taro chips to start, then salad with beef short rib for mains. All very delicious, beef melted in your mouth. We have eaten here every time we come to Kauai for over 10 years and this restaurant never disappoints. A bonus was an incredible whale show just offshore right in front of the restaurant.More infoOasis on the BeachPrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• Kapaa•4.7
