Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. This was a really wonderful experience. I've never seen a restaurant with such beautiful decor: the plants and trees surrounding you make you feel like you're totally escaping the city. I have serious food allergies, and I felt like the restaurant staff took them seriously and handled the food with great care. I was very impressed by the service. The menu itself was very inspiring, and everything we ordered was amazing. This is certainly a favourite for me in CDMX.
