We love the name “bonito” because it’s both the Spanish word for “beautiful” and the name of one of the most important fish in Japanese cuisine. Thus, it’s the perfect name for a restaurant that seeks to explore the shared traits in the cuisines of Vallarta and Vietnam, delving into our mutual love for funk, citrusy brightness, and carefully calibrated spice. This location is in Zona Romántica right next to the beautiful 200-year-old Banyan Tree. Comfortable air-conditioned dining room and a gorgeous outdoor garden provide the perfect setting for all occasions.     Dès notre arrivée l’accueil chaleureux, ambiance sympathique et très bel environnement. Décor chic et invitant à la détente, une terrasse où il fait bon de sentir les fines herbes et prendre un cocktail! Un service extra, une équipe empreigné du sens de la famille,attentionnée et passionnée, salutation à Gabriel, une personnalité charismatique et très professionnel ! Les plats ! Tous savoureux de l’amuse-bouche à la crêpe suzette en passant par la parfaite présentation des services, le tout exquis ! Bravo à la Casa et son équipe pour la création d’un restaurant aux saveurs, au décor et service Unique sur la côte Ouest du Mexique à Bucerias ! À la prochaine Véronique et Normand ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
