Best Casual Restaurants in Sandymount

We for the chef’s menu and tried the John Dory for the 1st time. It was divine. Everything on the menu was perfection. The staff are very efficient and friendly. We would highly recommend Host.

I had previously booked and the table was ready when I arrived. Paul and the team were great on a very busy post rugby match evening, service was great, food was lovely and all was thoroughly enjoyable.

The food and service is amazing. Definitely recommend the tequila oysters along with a pint of Guinness, the fresh brown bread, any beef dish and some brown bread ice cream for desert. It’s the perfect gastro pub, where the food and atmosphere is perfect. Also a great place to watch a rugby match. Would absolutely recommend and looking forward to returning.
