Gilson offers an all day menu focusing on Italian cuisine and seasonal flavours. Very enjoyable lunch at the Standard. They have a good range of beer and the wine list has quite a wide variety. Likewise the menu was varied with some interesting selections on the 'specials' board. Overall a very good lunch.
