The name “Ichoume” comes from the address of this street. Ichoume is located on ‘1’ Harbour Street, Darling Quarter. That’s why we named the restaurant “Ichoume” (Choume is used for addresses in Japan. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy feel that made for a perfect dining atmosphere.     After moving overseas I haven’t been to Garfish for some years. It was great to go back and find it was as fantastic as I remembered. They always deliver - delicious food, excellent service and a buzzy atmosphere. One of my favourite places.

    The service was absolutely fantastic. Guy was so informative and knowledgeable about the whiskey and finding the right style of whiskey for us. Will definitely visit again when we are back in Sydney
