We are a country Gastropub owned by farmers. Our farm supplies the beef, lamb and pork and we source other ingredients from local producers where we can. Our small seasonal menu changes regularly reflecting what is available in our area. We pride ourselves on being very much a country pub, offering freshly prepared seasonal food and a warm welcome. We also love offering locally produced drinks, such as gins, rums, ales and wines, giving you the complete taste of Sussex.

GŎNG, the highest hotel bar in Western Europe is perfect for sunset cocktails and late-night drinks. The bar offers 3 lofted areas for guests to relax and soak in the cityscape including unrivaled views of Tower Bridge.Uncomplicated and seamless, the bar’s first-class service ensures the ultimate escape from the city’s bustle. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our real charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails that give back and wine on tap in our atmospheric chop mecca. Très bien dans l’ensemble Par contre facturé 4LGB pour de la sauce béarnaise alors que ce n’est pas mentionné sur la carte . On a trouvé que c’était cher . On mange bien, les plats sont bons. Une Motion spéciale pour la tourte végane aux champignons délicieuses accompagnée d’une salade chicorée et choux .

Lieu magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle , un personnel très arrangeant . Nous avons à la base réserver pour 20h et nous avons demander au dernier moment si on pouvait venir pour 18h30 , ils nous ont trouvé une solution en même pas 2 minutes pour ça c’était vraiment top ! Le reste juste un peu pour nous mais c’est tout !
