Gin & Cocktail Bar The original 1840s sandstone walls of the building Frank Mac’s now occupies a 120-person capacity bar which flows from outdoor seating on George Street, across two levels and into a back courtyard. Whereas the downstairs space feels cosy and intimate, dotted with vintage leather banquettes, dark jade and light orange velvet armchairs, low tables and a fireplace, the ground level you’ll walk into off George Street will reflect the energy of the bartenders working behind the almost five-metre-long oak bar. Best Mexican food I think I’ve ever had in Sydney, and fabulous cocktails. Waitstaff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, without making you feel like you had to rush.

Best breakfast in Sydney, we will definitely comeback. Best mcmuffin and hashbrowns. The chipotle sauce reminded me back when i was in the US, so worth it.
