You can rest assured that we are doing our best to adhere to the government guidelines for hospitality venues and we would like all our patrons to be aware of some changes. Please be aware that it is a very trying time for us. Service will not be what you have known and we appreciate your patience during this time. All our food offering is currently made by Santoni pizzeria- due massive demand on their kitchen please be aware that we have been experiencing very large wait times on all food.     The Hills is my favourite place for a drink. It has a warm, sophisticated vibe (think artwork and candlelight), great selection of wine, sides and gourmet pizza (I particularly recommend the salmon pizza). What really makes this place a winner for me, though, is the service: they are warm, welcoming and really know their wines! I've brought friends many times to The Hills; this evening I brought my parents, and the lovely manager greeted me by name and thoroughly charmed my folks. This bar is one of Melbourne's best.

    We had to wait longer than expected for our food, and several other tables asked how much longer until their order arrived. One pizza was undercooked but the staff were very good about it, and gave us another fresh pizza, and that pizza order was for free (didn't pay for the undercooked or the fresh one). Once the food arrived it was very good, and it the venue has a lovely relaxed vibe. The music was in the background and the tables are set out so that it never becomes overcrowded. The cocktails and mocktails were excellent.
