Max and Moritz, two Munich natives who were born on the same day 26 years ago at the Klinikum Großhadern, opened up an exclusive wine bar / wine boutique called Max & Moritz. At Max & Moritz, you can enjoy delightful drops and special rarities from the best wine regions of Germany and South Africa – here, every wine lover feels more than comfortable! Das Restaurant Deutsche Eiche in der Reichenbachstr. 13 ist seit 150 Jahren ein Kultlokal und Zentrum des trendigen Gärtnerplatzviertels. Die Speisekarte weist moderne internationale Variationen, vegetarische Gerichte aber auch Münchner Originale und landestypische Klassiker wie Schnitzel, Schweinebraten und Kaiserschmarrn auf. Bei schönem Wetter empfehlen wir besonders die Plätze an oder unter den Fenstern, wo man den lebhaften Trubel des Viertels beobachten kann. In wenigen Gehminuten gelangt man zum Marienplatz, dem Viktualienmarkt, dem Isarufer oder dem Gärtnerplatztheater. Die Tramhaltestelle Reichenbachplatz liegt nur wenige Meter von der Deutschen Eiche entfernt.     We keep coming back to Hungriges Herz for two main reasons: the amazing food and the incredible service! Brunch here is always a highlight—our favorites are the Baby Benedict, the Truffle Bagel, and the Pancakes—all perfectly made and absolutely delicious. And while brunch is our go-to, we can’t forget the burgers, which are just as fantastic! But what truly makes Hungriges Herz special is the one-woman wonder of a server. She is the heart of this place—always warm, kind, and welcoming with a big smile. From our very first visit, she made us feel at home, and now she even remembers my drink order: chai latte, hot hot hot—without me even having to say it! Her kindness and presence make every visit even more special, and she is a huge part of why we keep coming back. Delicious food, outstanding service, and a place that truly feels like home—highly recommend! 🌟🍽️💕

    Flo was the best bar tender we have had ever. We actually returned for a second night. I also found my new favourite wine after he asked for what I liked. Couldn’t recommend this place and flo more.
