    The food and service was impeccable. To start, we had the herring and escargot, both of which were incredible. The herring was not what I expected, but it proved all doubt wrong as it was delectable. The escargot was more tender than what I’ve had before. For our mains, my friend, probably had the most tender and delicious feel that was crispy on the outside. I had a superb beef tartare which exceeded my expectations. My waiter Antoine was knowledgeable and lively and gave excellent wine suggestions.

    I had breakfast with my Mom & uncle around a week ago there, and the service was perfect. We were particularly touched at the fact that Florent overheard it was both my birthday and my uncle's birthday, and he brought us both an icecream with a gesture. We will definitely be coming back thanks to Florent's kindness & hospitality.

    An absolutely exquisite dining experience! This Franco-Japanese fusion restaurant is a true gem. Every dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with unique, well-balanced flavors. The combination of French technique with Japanese ingredients is perfectly executed, creating an innovative and memorable menu.
