Only 20 minutes from the Melbourne CBD the Braybrook Hotel has plenty of off street parking and offers a range of award winning facilities. The first Braybrook Hotel is thought to have been erected around 1854, possibly in response to the demand from travellers to the gold fields. However, the earliest rate record found for this building was in 1863-4 when Charles Niven Young was the licensee and John Lang was the owner. I eat there once a month and the service and food is always consistently great. I take friends there occasionally and it has always been a success, regardless of the meal. One other big thing is that they let each person pay for their own meal, without all the stress of people trying to pay for one bill. Greatly appreciated! A neighbourhood gem for me, white table cloths too.

The kitchen staff did an amazing job with the food and there were lots of GF options available. Waiter was excellent and very helpful. There was no push to get rid of us so we were able to sit around after our lunch chatting. Definitely heading back for another visit.

Very pleasant ambiance, well set out dining area, the hotel is in a lovely area of the docklands prescient. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Definitely on our list to return here when next in the city,
