As soon as Amy Chanta flung open the doors in 1989 Chat Thai became an instant smash hit with Sydney diners already familiar with Thailand and no appetite for compromising on ingredients, flavours, textures and aromas. The menu changes on a regular basis, to reflect seasonal produce using both local and organic growers wherever possible - serving up coastal cool alfresco vibes. Steaks were Absolutely Fantastic, Tender, Juicy, Cooked to perfection. The knife just cut through them as if it were butter. The sides of Veg mash and Gravy were complimented well, another choice of side were chips and salad filling the whole plate, & the Mushroom gravy yum yum. Highly Suggest you go and Try. All Prices to suite the budget, not forgetting the Frozen Margarita's....as a little bit special too.
