Dear Valued Customers , The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. We have been a number of times to the Ambassador Training Restaurant and again it didn't disappoint. We all felt that out waiter Ben had served us a few months prior and we were impressed with his increased confidence and demeanour. The food was excellent as seems usual. We will look forward to repeating our experiences at a future date. Thanks to the teachers and staff who have contributed to this excellent experience.

Amazing service ❤️ love the place ❤️ they called me when I left my purse which is very appreciated ❤️ very good food ❤️ my bf didn’t like his chicken schnitzel bc it was dry but he’s an idiot for ordering chicken schnitzel and chips at an Italian place ❤️
