Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house.     We stayed at Fort Willam Henry Hotel so it was very convenient. Had a drink at the bar first. Bartender was friendly and made a great drink (not at all shy with the booze, but not too strong). Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Food was excellent. Gorgeous views of Lake George. A little on the pricey side but I thought it was worth it.

    Our Valentines/anniversary dinner was superb! We had different scallop dishes that were perfect!! The stuffed mushroom appetizer and coconut cream pie dessert were fabulous as well. Nico and the other servers did a fantastic job. Morgan & Co will be our top choice for special occasions from now on. Thank you, Morgan team!

    We rented the outdoor fire pits for a happy hour family group in January. It was snowing lightly. We dressed in layers and were fortunate the weather was just cold and not windy. The server was super attentive to us, walking through some slippery snow to serve us our drinks. The fire pits overlook the lake, but the snow washed out the view a bit. It was a really “cool” thing to do and we plan on booking the fire pits again next year. I would recommend the fire pits for a happy hour followed by dinner in the hotel.
