Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida. Resort Casual: Please refrain from wearing athletic apparel and swim attire or cover ups in the main dining room.Corkage policy: Guests are invited to bring in up to two 750ml bottles with a $50 corkage fee per bottle. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list. Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. Tesar came up as a chef in New York City at 13 Barrow St, Vine, and the Supper Club. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. He has garnered praise from Food and Wine, and The New York Times and is a two-time contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef."

Cuisine moderne, inspirée du Sud Mis à part le cocktail classique, le highball est également le signal qui indique au conducteur de train qu'il peut partir à pleine vitesse. C'est ainsi que d'abondantes récoltes du centre de la Floride étaient déplacés entre les champs et les tables et il s'agit d'un symbole iconique de la puissance agricole de la région. Highball & Harvest (H & H) rend hommage à ce patrimoine, avec des menus remplis d'ingrédients provenant des fermes locales, ainsi que des propres efforts jardiniers du restaurant. Des produits frais sont cueillis dans le jardin de 7000 pieds carrés, situé à Murmure Creek Farm, propriété du restaurant.
