Étant auparavant la maison de la soprano Dame Nellie Melba, le restaurant The Melba Estate, située dans la vallée de Coombe, est une propriété exceptionnelle. Situé sur un magnifique terrain d'une superficie de près de 2,8 hectares et construit dans un ancien garage restauré, le restaurant offre une expérience culinaire et culturelle unique. Le chef exécutif, Tony Milton, propose un menu à la carte ainsi qu'un menu dégustation. Une sélection inspirante de produits de saison et principalement cultivés sur le terrain de la propriété est offerte au déjeuner, au dîner et pour le thé l'après-midi, 7 jours sur 7. Le restaurant est moderne, spacieux et à la fois intime tout en donnant sur la magnifique cour intérieure du bâtiment parfaitement restauré.
