Food was cooked perfectly, wait time was acceptable, and the server was super respectful and polite loved it

We arrived a few minutes early and were quickly seated. Dustin provided fast, friendly, just-in-time service and could not have been better. The wine and cocktail selections were outstanding, and my wife enjoyed her California Chardonnay. My London Peril was excellent. We shared a magnificent 16-ounce ribeye and creme spinach. But wait. there is more. The Key Lime pie was presented beautifully and tasted great. I do not photograph food, by this tempted me. My spouse has 801 Chophouse as her number one steakhouse in Kansas City.

Always an incredible dining experience. You cannot go wrong with a steak here. Delmonico was delicious. The Australian Wagyu filet was so tender. Only thing not what I was hoping: triple fried fries. Was hoping for a crunch and crispy but they were more single fried fries.

We loved how the atmosphere evolved throughout the evening. It started as a quiet, intimate setting with great music and gradually became more vibrant while remaining relaxed. The brutalist-inspired design, combined with warm lighting, created a cool and inviting ambiance. The food was both playful and delicious, and the drinks were expertly crafted. Sitting at the chef’s table made the experience even more enjoyable as we engaged with the staff and watched the artistry behind each dish. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience, and we will be back.

It was amazing from beginning to end. Gaspar was the most professional server we've ever encountered. We enjoyed the lobster and crab cake, the KC Strip au poivre, and the seared scallops and lobster risotto. The blackberry sidecar was the cocktail of choice. The whole experience was luxuriously decadent, and Gaspar was wonderful to make sure our anniversary was so special. Thank you all!
