Noz Market first opened its doors in October 2020, providing New Yorkers with a resource for high-end seafood, Japanese accoutrements, and delicious prepared sushi and sashimi.‍Past the hand roll bar and market front, a bamboo-lined hallway gives way to an intimate 10-seat counter where guests choose from two menu options: the Classic Menu ($90/person) and the Chef's Menu ($155/person).
