Simmer Huang launched on the market in 2004. The main feature of its dish is to apply the traditional cooking method of ‘simmering’ to modern catering. It is cooked completely by the water of the food itself, without adding water to the pot. The main feature of the restaurant is to advocate a standardized Chinese food model of ‘no chef, no smoke, and no repeated use of ingredients’.

An intimate & informal space, with a DJ booth & bespoke sound-system: Jazu is a Hi-Fi Cocktail bar that offers serious drinks and music. The food is so good. The Hispi cabbage is delicious, as is the blooming onion. I will be back again for dinner next time as I want the cuttlefish toasts again! They are something else. As is the onion!

Lovely venue & food was really nice. Entertainment was really good but if music/singing if it could have been a little lower it would have been perfect. We actually couldn’t really talk across the table as we couldn’t hear each other. It is a restaurant not a club. But everything else very good.

The food is always consistently good, i always go for the chicken simmer hotpot. I’ve bought friends and family here lots of times and they’ve all enjoyed it.
