The Braybrook Hotel is situated on Ballarat Rd in Braybrook and has recently undergone an extensive renovation, engaging all sections of the hotel creating a fresh and modern look, while also retaining a link to its rich history from the mid 1800’s. Only 20 minutes from the Melbourne CBD the Braybrook Hotel has plenty of off street parking and offers a range of award winning facilities. The first Braybrook Hotel is thought to have been erected around 1854, possibly in response to the demand from travellers to the gold fields. However, the earliest rate record found for this building was in 1863-4 when Charles Niven Young was the licensee and John Lang was the owner. These days the hotel is home to our ‘world famous’ all you can eat buffet with brand new Kids Play Area, multiple function rooms for all of your private and corporate needs, a state of the art TAB, modern gaming facilities, Sports Bar and extensive drive-thru Bottleshop that is open 7 days per week until late.

Our focus is on fresh seasonal and sustainable produce combined with key ingredients specifically imported from Italy to create an authentic Neapolitan pizza for our customers. Our ingredients are meticulously hand picked to ensure the best taste possible. So come in, enjoy our wood-fired pizza, homemade pastas, vegan alternatives, locally sourced wines and best quality beer. We would be humbled to see you come as a guest and leave as a friend.We use our own sourdough starter for our pizza process which ferments for a minimum of 48 hrs – the result is a base with a great flavour, sourdough taste and a texture that is light but with a bit of chew. What a great little pub such a nice atmosphere. We brought along a few other couples from the other side of town and they were amazed by the ambience and great food!!!

The service was very good, staff were friendly and quickly cleared plates from tables. The food was good but for dinner I expected a little more variety. Dessert was very good. The feel of the diner was warm and inviting, I love the new look!
