- JJuliaVIPGreater Boston •12 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had delicious food (arancini and chicken saltimboca were standouts) while sitting at the bar on a snowy evening. The atmosphere was cozy and lively, with cheerful service. Looking forward to going back soon.More infoRavello Italian KitchenPrice: Expensive• Italian• Watertown•4.7
- RRickGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWife and I had a reservation and were seated right away, our sever was attentive and personable , drinks on point (espresso martini and a manhattan)! The apps ( clams casino and calamari) according to our server seemed to have taken a little longer than normal but we didn’t think so, they came out hot, crispy and delicious ! We changed up our drinks to a (sangria and an old fashion) these were just as good as the first 2! Our entrees were chicken milanese, hot, crispy and al dente pasta was absolutely delicious! The braciole was flavorful but tough, to me could have been braised longer. Now desert! We opted for the tiramisu…wow light, fluffy and sweet! Absolutely perfect! The slice could feed 4 people easily… overall Stazione di federal is a fantastic experience, great food and service…. We will be returningMore infoStazione di FederalPrice: Moderate• Italian• Waltham•4.4
- PPatriciaGreater Boston •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoExcellent homemade pasta. Bolognase to die for. Meatballs that could be it's own meal. Olive oil cake and flourless chocolate cake made to make you leave room for desert. Servings are more than enough. Service is timely, affable, and non-intrusive. Valentines was full, but you never felt closed in. We have been several times and and have never been disappointed.More infoSweet Basil on MoodyPrice: Expensive• Italian• Waltham•4.5
- PPamelaGreater Boston •21 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoFirst time at the Federal. We had a reservation for a table, but chose to sit at the bar. We dined during the lunch menu. Our bartenders Luke and AJ were attentive, professional, and polite. We started with the shellfish tower, which was good. We then ordered the Prime French dip sandwich and that was extraordinary, and the Kennebec Truffle fries with Parmesan and black truffle oil. The portion was just right and they were out of this world. I had their Sangria which is perfectly made. The owners’s own recipe. I’ve tried a lot of sangrias over the years but this ranks top two for me. We will definitely go back. Next time we will try the steak. I was just trying to make a reservation there for Easter but it looks like they are closed on Sundays, unfortunately.More infoThe FederalPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Waltham•4.5
