We went for the first time and had the best steak dinner out there! We went old school with the Caesar salad. Loved the anchovies! Both had the 8oz filet. Very tender and flavorful. The side of creamed spinach was enough for two generous servings. We had a baked Alaska for the first time and it was heavenly. Our server was extremely professional and we really enjoyed his suggestions and service. This is my favorite steak house now.

Friends and I dined the day before a holiday, so the restaurant was quiet since it was not busy. The food was delicious. A friend and I had the lobster bisque as a starter, and it was loaded with lobster meat pieces. I had a 10oz. Filet Mignon and it was cooked to perfection. Two of us had creme brulee for dessert and it was excellent topped with fruit. It has been a while since my last visit to the Capital Grille and I hope to get back sooner this time.

A true five star experience. We celebrated our anniversary and could not have been happier. The scallops were divine, and the pot roast melted in your mouth. And of course, don’t forget the fabulous yeast rolls. Can’t wait to come back.
