Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Paradise Valley

I always enjoy making time to go to one of my favorite places in Scottsdale, I try to get to Tommy Bahamas as often as possible. The service is always great as well as the food. This time my disappointment was finding out they took the plantain’s off the menu, which has always been one of my favorites for over 10 years. They also changed the presentation of the crab avocado salad, the previous way was much preferred. This won’t stop me from going but was disappointing.

Service was hotel standard, but man, the grounds and the food were amazing! Surprisingly flavorful for what would appear to be basic Italian options. Well done, chef! Great wine list and options. Valet was kinda disorganized. Side note.

Our waiter Sean was great. We started with umami rockefeller oysters (best ever!) and the ahi tuna which was excellent. Then the bolognese pasta - 10 out of 10! We then shared sea bass, pureed potatoes and broccolini - so good! Went down to the speakeasy after dinner - very fun. This is a true fine dining experience and not a rushed pace. Plan to take your time and enjoy the evening. Highly recommend the Americano!!

Capital Grille does not disappoint! The front door staff was very welcoming and we were seated right away. Our server and the server assistant were spot on. Our server offered us a cocktail to start with and the assistant gave us water and bread service. Our server, Matt explained the menu and told us about the evenings specials. We placed our orders and shared a salad. The meal was fantastic, arrived quickly and was hot. Everything was delicious and we will return again soon. Thank you for helping us celebrate an early Valentines Day dinner.

Our host Greg was phenomenal and we look forward to visiting on our next trip. My husband is fairly knowledgeable about Scotch and Greg introduced him to several new and amazing scotches. He also found something for me, a non-scotch drinker, that I loved!
