Walk-in's always welcome! Screen Door is a restaurant that presents itself as a love letter to the American South and the revival of regional cooking. Each day, the restaurant receives natural, local organic meats and produce from nearby vendors. The inclusion of regional Pacific Northwest ingredients into a menu of dishes developed in the south has created a unique flavor profile in Screen Door's menu. This was our first time to The 9900, it was on Thanksgiving, and everything was perfect! For as busy as they were the staff were very accommodating and friendly, the cocktails were timely and fantastic, and the food was also timely and beyond amazing. The steaks and prime rib cooked to perfection. Our server, Seyka, was knowledgeable and attentive and a joy. Heather, the manager, was everywhere providing support for her team and guest service. Can't recommend The 9900 enough. We'll definitely be back!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The food was outstanding. And that includes Portland restaurants. Best meal I’ve had all year. The setting and the ambience of the restaurant is warm, cute and vintage and just perfect. Don and his wife serve the food to the table with each course and tell you what to expect. It was exceptional. You won’t regret paying a visit to Don’s.
