Zitz Sum is a 30 seat seasonal restaurant located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our story, is a story of resilience, passion & commitment, that is translated in a plate of food, excellent service and unapologetic gracious hospitality. Our current menu is an autobiographical journey reflecting Chef’s experiences and our affinity for Japanese ingredients and technique. We currently offer A la carte menu that changes with the seasons, and a Seven Course Tasting Menu that changes weekly. Our tasting menu consists of playful snacks and bites to get the night going, and an array of our signature and favorite current dishes. Part of the tasting menu is presented in a family style format conducive for sharing and celebrating. Zitz Sum is recipient of a 2022, 2023 & 2024 Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand Award, a 2022 James Beard Foundation Semifinalist for Best New Restaurant and a New York Times 2022 Best 50 Restaurants in America.

Depuis que Michael's Genuine Food & Drink a ouvert ses portes dans le Miami Design Design au printemps 2007, les convives sont devenus adeptes et désirent sa combinaison rafraîchissante d'atmosphère décontractée et d'une bonne nourriture, un bistrot de quartier qui est la vitrine ultime pour le type de cuisine que le chef / propriétaire Michael Schwartz prépare de mieux- maison, sans prétention, délectable, avec une emphase sur les ingrédients locaux. Le restaurant est ouvert sept jours par semaine et sert le dîner, un menu pour l'après-midi, le souper et le brunch. La salle la salle à manger et la cour peuvent accueillir 100 convives, et la Bar Room, peut accueillir 16 convives supplémentaires, de plus 24 places sont disponibles dans le bar de bienvenue où les clients peuvent profiter du menu de l'après-midi incluant le bar de crudités de 15h à 17h30 du lundi au samedi. Le brunch du dimanche est le moment où les petites assiettes brillent sur un menu hebdomadaire de saveurs et de sucreries. Le restaurant est situé dans le quartier animé de Design District, le nouvel endroit de la mode de luxe à Miami.

In 2022, Stubborn Seed was awarded one Michelin star in the highly coveted inaugural Florida guide.Stubborn Seed is a tasting menu only restaurant, with the option of a la carte service or the tasting menu at the bar. Reservations are available for table service and also available for the bar. Dress code strictly enforced as smart-casual. We are unable to accommodate tasting menus for guests following a vegetarian or vegan diet. A cancellation fee of $50 per person will incur if cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation. On holidays and special occasions, cancellations fees will be $100 per person.
