The cuisine is inspired by its neighboring nations but its truly its own unique flavors, that must be tried. The majority of the dishes are prepared from scratch from raw whole ingredients focusing on healthy and light dishes. Our menu for the people of Southern California by dialing down some ingredients, like fish paste, and added more vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dishes.
