- NNataliaOrlando / Central Florida East •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFrom the moment you walk in there, you’re fully immersed in the Amelia’s experience! The hostess was incredibly friendly & took us to their “Sala” for a round of drinks while we waited for our table to be ready. Once it was, we were greeted by Andres who was so friendly and made our experience that much more enjoyable as first timers. He gave us recommendations, checked on us after every portion of our meal, and invited us back for their late night happy hour. The food…the food was jaw dropping. We had the pork belly & dumplings as our opening act which told us that this place was going to be worth it. As for our main course, we had the filet mignon and braised short rib which were both perfectly tender and juicy paired with a risotto that was creamy and didn’t overpower the flavor of the steak/short rib. Everything was a 10/10!More infoAmelia's 1931Price: Very Expensive• Contemporary Latin• Tamiami•4.8

- CCarlosVIPMiami - Dade •10 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoEven though I made my reservation through OpenTable, I received a call the day before from a kind lady who explained the dining experience in detail—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the evening. Upon arrival, Carlo warmly welcomed us and guided us to our table. The ambiance immediately caught our attention—it strikes the perfect balance between elegance and comfort, creating an inviting atmosphere. After a brief introduction, Carlo explained the restaurant’s concept and allowed us just the right amount of time to browse the well-structured wine menu. While the service is undoubtedly among the best in Miami—not just in terms of quality but also in timing—the highlight of the evening was the food. Chef Marco Giugliano personally assembled each dish right in front of us, adding to the experience. We started with the grilled octopus served with a slightly spicy gazpacho—it was truly out of this world. When the time came to choose our main courses, Carlo guided us through the tempting options. My wife appreciated his recommendations and chose the gnocchetti, which turned out to be an excellent decision. I opted for the homemade spaghetti with clams and calamari, and I can confidently give it a perfect score. To end the evening, Carlo suggested the pistachio gelato, and once again, he was absolutely right—it’s a must-try, I have to said that we get impressed with the incredible consistency that is hard to put in words. It’s wonderful to have a top-class restaurant so close to home. We truly appreciate their dedication to bringing a piece of Italy to South Miami and wish them all the success they deserve.More infoMano LiberaPrice: Moderate• Italian• South Miami•4.5
- WWayneAsheville / Western North Carolina •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe dined here on the recommendation of relatives; beautiful ambiance and charming dining room; They had a musician playing nice music; We had the $150 ribeye steak & huge lobster tail combo for 2 persons, and it was not only delicious but a great bargain as well. Included, one side and special dessert; our waiting Douglas was very attentive & polite; we brought our own bottle of wine and corking fee was reasonable at $35. This will be our go to place in Pinecrest; Amazing food & service; Try it and you’ll enjoy it too! Thanks.More infoPlatea Prime Steakhouse & Ceviche BarPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Pinecrest•4.9
