Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Chicago Ridge

All always great! I hadn't been in a number of years and the food was as awesome as I remember it to have been. My ' only ' issue. I got a notification that my table was ready about 7 minutes before my reservation. I arrived about 5 minutes after my reservation time. I checked in....and they said I had to wait just a moment. Was the table ready or not. And then also ... restaurants are still sticking with this extra percentage scan because of labor, etc....lets move on and just pay your help/ 2020 is in the rearview mirror

Great atmosphere. We went with children and even though they have a kids menu, I wouldn’t say it’s a kid friendly place. That being said the food was wonderful and service excellent. Be prepared to be on top of other guests, as tables are very close together.

Gibsons is one of my favorite restaurants in the city! My recent visit was nothing short of exceptional. I started with an Old Fashioned, which was perfectly crafted. My wife and I shared a loaded wedge salad, a New York Strip, and a double baked potato – all of which were delicious and cooked to perfection. For dessert, we indulged in a cookie with ice cream, paired with a glass of 20-year Tawny. The evening was made even more special by the fantastic piano player, who added a wonderful ambiance to our dining experience. Highly recommend!

Always have dinner at a Gibsons restaurant, usually the Rosemont location. It’s not that the ambience in Rosemont is bad, but we fell in love with Gibsons Italia. A bit more modern in its decor with the same excellent food and a fabulous view! My new favorite Chicago restaurant!

We enjoyed the food very much. Our waiter was very friendly and the atmosphere excellent. Strongly recommended.
