Le 94th Aero Squadron est le restaurant le plus romantique. Il offre une vue sur l'aéroport de Miami où les gens de tout âge prennent plaisir à regarder les avions décoller et atterrir. Cet établissement s'inspire d'une vieille ferme française durant la Première Guerre mondiale. Les murs sont tapissés de photos qui vous plongeront dans cette époque héroïque. Le chef Gabriel Del Valles sert une délicieuse cuisine qui vous donnera envie de répéter l'expérience. Il tente constamment d'innover afin de vous faire découvrir de nouveaux plats tout en vous faisant apprécier les incontournables qui figurent au menu. Le menu propose des plats tels que le plus authentique gumbo de fruits de mer avec un « pot luck » au pain à l'ail, les rouleaux de homard du Maine, le mérou du golfe et les vidalias fumés du printemps, ainsi qu'une sélection en constante évolution d'huîtres très fraîches de la côte Est et Ouest. Le brunch du dimanche sert une grande variété de mets internationaux incluant les fameux œufs Bénédicte, les gaufres belges, le saumon fumé, les crevettes, les pattes de crabe, les jarrets d'agneau, les côtes levées, etc. Le champagne et les mimosas sont servis à volonté. Nous Avons mangé du hummus, du pain e de aubergine d’entrée. C’était delicieux. La serveuse a répondu à nos questions Il y a pluisieurs options de boissons. La ambiance C’était agréable. Le restaurant est bien decoré. Nous Avons partagé le plat principal , un skewer plat. C’était assez cuit et formidable. Et a ont partagé le plat de kibeb aussi. C’était un dîner incroyable. À refaire.

Nous avons été un dimanche c’était une boîte de nuit, ambiance incroyable, nous sommes retournés un mardi soir et c’était très très calme, nous avons dîné face à la baie et les bateaux. Deux ambiances différentes, j’adore cet endroit !
