Vancouver Now Has Its Very-Own Georgian Restaurant!Dediko, owned by a mother-son team, serves the country’s famous stuffed breads and dumplings out of a cheery Evergreen Boulevard cafe. Dediko’s menu is stacked with the classics of that region, with a number of different khachapuri, soup-filled dumplings called khinkali, walnut-heavy vegetable dishes called phkali, and various grilled meats called mtsvadi. I like the open kitchen where you can watch your food being made. All the pasta dishes we ordered were delicious. They make their pastas and bread in house. I wasn’t a fan for the olive oil that came with focaccia, but the bread was soft and yummy. Oysters were fresh. The plating was very nice. I definitely will go back and also recommend this place to all my friends.
