The hotels 140 seat signature restaurant, The Beachside, focuses on delicious, locally sourced ingredients. The Beachside Restaurant enjoys a relaxed ambiance where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner complemented by beautiful decor and impeccable service. All guests are required to wear appropriate smart/casual dress (beachwear not permitted) at all times when using the bar and restaurant.In the interest of all our customers, we welcome only those guests aged eleven and above in our Beachside Bar after 8pm. Blackpool has so many fantastic places to eat, but our delightful Palm Court restaurant is the place for a sumptuous, relaxing dinner. The Victorian dining room is full of grandeur and our restaurant team always go that little bit further to make serving a meal a magical experience. The views in the restaurant are spectacular, with sweeping vistas across the Fylde coast and the occasional heritage tram tootling by. Diners can soak in the scenery while enjoying fine dining from the table d’hôte menu that changes quarterly, according to the seasons. We also have a range of daily specials, with our chefs using locally sourced produce whenever possible to ensure that only the best and freshest ingredients are used. The restaurant has flexible seating arrangements, so we can cater for large parties and children are also well catered for, thanks to the family dining options. For guests not resident at the hotel, please be sure to enter your car registration details on arrival.

    Fabulous hidden gem 💎. This has to be the best restaurant in Blackpool from when you enter by the private elevator it feels like a real fine dining experience. The new menu is amazing and the food is of mitchelin star quality. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and offer an extremely professional service. This is our favourite restaurant and and one that we highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

    Booked a table to ensure we got a seat, it was busy but spare tables available. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Would prefer the in a pot, or something to put your teabag in. Mushroom toast was lovely. Eggs on the full Monty needed a little bit longer as white wasn’t quite cooked. Otherwise a really nice meal and would go again to try the other dishes
