A lot of hard labour ensued to create their vision of showcasing the best qualities of a modern pub; seamlessly combining carefully sourced, sophisticated yet familiar food and drink in a welcoming authentic pub environment. Trés bel endroit spacieux, belle déco, bonne ambiance. L’accueil est chaleureux, dynamique, musical. Carte des vins intéressante, prix un peu surfait sur certains cépages. Côté table, pas mal, ça manque un peu de peps dans les assaisonnements. Les huîtres insipides. Mais tout est bon, dressage original. Dommage, la table collante, pas très agréable. Service très rapide, trop, un peu lance pierre. Le personnel au top, souriant, chantant, fun, vraiment super. Globalement bon restau, pas à la hauteur d’un étoilé mais pratiquant les prix d’un double étoilé. Beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation certes mais pas mal.
