- SSteveDevon •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThis was my wife an I’s third visit, and it has already become our favourite place to dine. We’ve always opted for the taster menu, twice at lunchtime. The value for Michelin star quality is outstanding. The wine flight is a reasonably priced addition and it superbly matched. The front of house team are discreet and professional whilst managing to create a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere, which makes return visits a certainty.More infoThe Elephant RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Modern European• Torquay•4.9

- NNigelLondon •11 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoSecond visit. First time having 6 courses (Sunday lunch service). All round excellent. The small kitchen is busy, industrious yet calm, efficient and creative. Front of house - Kate and Grace on this particular occasion - friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and super efficient. It’s pointless recounting what we had, because everything changes all the time. Just go with an open mind and prepare to enjoy everything that’s put in front of you. One piece of advice: always have the bread and, if you can and do drink, always have the exquisitely curated drinks pairing, the “flight”. This is Exeter’s (St. Leonard’s) genuine little gem. Long May it go from strength to strength. Sustainable, local, innovative, deliciously delightful.More infoStagePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary British• Exeter•4.9
