Best Dog Friendly Restaurants in Woolacombe

A lovely warm welcome on a very cold Sunday evening. From the moment we stepped into The Thatch, we were impressed by the friendly, attentive staff. The orders were taken promptly, food arrived on hot plates, and it was delicious. We were asked if all was well - it definitely was. Plates cleared without fuss and sweets offered. Bill was very reasonable. Place was busy but staff were slick and professional.

Delicious roast we had at the depot today! I had chicken which was so tender it fell off the bone, my husband had beef which was cooked to perfection! And both our daughters had pork and said it was sooo good! Lovely selection of vegetables too! Cheese leeks were AMAZING! We also love the parsnip crisps! And a massive Yorkshire! We had to take the rest of the cheesy leeks home as requested by our daughter! We’ll be back soon! :-)

Just the best, every damn time! Ribs hit the spot, fast and welcoming service. Log fire burning. What more could you ask for.

Have been several times and always enjoy. This time was particularly good - the value for money is unbeatable frankly, it's lovely venue - they really make the effort and it's unique, food and drink was great.

Bar staff were excellent, efficient and friendly, clearly determined to ensure customers are happy. Chicken Ballantine was delicious as was the gourmet burger.
