Nasprías is the name of the land where our family has had its vineyard in Sardinia for almost a century. It is a name that we relate to family and traditions, values which are at the core of our food: pizza al taglio, croissants, cakes and much more. We use real Sardinian ingredients together with the freshest local produce sourced from right here in the Costwolds.     We arrived late because of bad weather and needed to eat quickly because we had tickets for a concert. The staff could not have been more helpful. Our drinks and food arrived quickly with no compromise on quality. Everything was delicious- especially the duck! Our table was in a cosy corner and for a large restaurant they have managed to keep the areas intimate and quiet enough to chat without sacrificing the “ buzz”. We can’t wait to return!

    I took my daughter for her birthday. She was given a card and a glass of crémant which I thought was delightful. The food was very delicious and the service was very good. I’m sorry I don’t live near a Cote Brasserie but shall return next time I am in Cheltenham

    We went to Pyesta on Saturday night to try the food and also as it was karaoke. The food was incredible a lot of choice and nice to try food from the Philippines. The service was great and such value for money. Pyesta has a fantastic atmosphere and when the karaoke begins everyone joins in. Highly recommend and will be back. Thank you
