Yauatcha City a ouvert ses portes en mai 2015 à Broadgate Circle, tout juste à côté de la Liverpool Street Station. . C'est le deuxième emplacement de Yauatcha au RU dans la foulée du succès de son restaurant étoilé Michelin de Soho. Yauatcha City est ume maison de thé et de dim sum ouverte toute la journée où famille et amis se réunissent pour prendre de leurs nouvelles en dégustant une vaste sélection de dim sum, de plats au wok, du thé et des cocktails. Pour compléter la cuisine, la carte des boissons comprend près de 40 types de thé, ainsi que des cocktails inspirés par des ingrédients chinois et une carte élaborée de vins et de champagnes. Chef Sebby Holmes launched Farang back in 2016 after trading at street food markets throughout London. A year later he took up temporary residency in Farang's current home in Highbury & Islington. After excellent reviews, he took on the space permanently after his step-father retired and since, has gone from strength to strength. Farang was recently inducted into the National Restaurant Awards top 100 and awarded a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand, which we have kept four years running. We also received the Thai select award from the UK Thai Embassy which certifies authenticity and the freshness of our ingredients.We’re a young team of enthusiastic individuals, who over the last few years have bought our passion and skills to the table.
