- MMartinLondon •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoHad a lovely valentines meal at Bocconcino Soho. Great service from a slightly older waiter from Brazil with glasses, there was a band roaming around the restaurant playing requests and they were fantastic, made it a very special evening. I thought the tuna and beetroot starters could have done with a little sweetness for balance and some sides with the steak at the price would have been good but overall a great night…thank you.More infoBocconcino SohoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Soho•4.4
- AAnneLondon •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had a wonderful meal at Millie’s! The steak was generously sized and perfectly flavorful, even without sauce. The fries could have been a bit crispier and saltier, but everything else was excellent. The white wine was fantastic and complemented the meal beautifully. It was quite busy, making it a bit hard to hear each other at times, but the ambient music created a great atmosphere. Overall, a great experience – definitely worth a visit!More infoMillie’s Lounge at The Ned LondonPrice: Very Expensive• British• Bank•4.4
- PPavelLondon •2 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 1, 2025Overall, the food selection and options are commendable. The service is good—attentive and polite. However, the most critical aspect of this review is the food itself. In Asian cuisine, rice is the essential ingredient in every household, and every respected chef must understand the importance of preparing quality (Kome) rice. Given that a majority of the sushi bar dishes on your menu are based on rice—approximately 80%—it is imperative that it be prepared to perfection. Unfortunately, I have encountered dishes where the rice lacked texture, was underseasoned with sushi su, and resembled congee (for those unfamiliar, that’s porridge) with tinny bites of undercooked as well. This issue has arisen on more than one occasion with my family dining at Oita . Let me be clear; I’m not seeking free food or discounts; that’s not my intention. However, when I’m craving sushi and desire authenticity, I can no longer consider Oita my top choice. The subpar quality of the rice is something that should be acknowledged, as it’s important for restaurants to recognize when customers have valid feedback.More infoOITA Wood GreenPrice: Moderate• Japanese• Bounds Green/Wood Green•4.6
- SSSimpsonSLondon •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 27, 2023I booked a table for 5 and I can honestly say that the review cateogaries have all been afforded a 5 out of 5! First and formost this restaurant provides Authentic Greek cuisine at the highest level. The staff were all extremely amicable and provided assistance with our order throughout including their selection of cocktails! BTW MAI TAI is a fantastic beverage :). I am already planning to dine there sometime in the New Year and would definately recommend you paying them a visit, especially if Greek cuisine is your tipple.
