Rubio is the brainchild of Max Reich a self-confessed foodie and music lover. Spending over 20 years in the music business, Max had always dreamed of a place he could create that catered for his love of great food and also be a relaxed and enjoyable space with a great soundtrack. He’s enlisted the help of long-term musical partner Simon Marlin who he enjoyed many years of success with under The Shapeshifters guise and launched in September 2016.     Tried Benjamin's Restaurant for the first time and loved it. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. And the restaurant is very stylish and well kept. The chef is very friendly too and even gave us some complimentary starters! The food is very well presented and delicious. Will definitely come back soon..their breakfast menu looks tasty!

    We booked brunch on Bank Holiday Monday and were delighted to find that the restaurant was a small independent business with lots of staff and a great family atmosphere. The service was friendly and they even made me an espresso martini that wasn’t on the menu. Food was all prepared to order and was absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It’s small but has both an upstairs and an outside dinning area. A great find 🥰❤️🥰❤️

    As usual, my partner and I enjoyed our pizza and soul music at Rubio, the best cafe/restaurant/bar for miles. Compact and warm, friendly and energising - one of our favourite local dining experiences. Happy New Year, Rubio!
