Customer service is somewhat lacking in the majority of restaurants in London, however she was fantastic! Friendly, fun, and attentive. - HHayleyLondon •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 20, 2024Can I just say I never write reviews but honestly this experience HAS TO BE SPOKEN ABOUT! Firstly I’d like to thank Pio & Muhammad for their OUTSTANDING service, both the guys made us feel so incredibly special, were super attentive and HAPPY! It was so nice to see. Both of them need a raise because they genuinely made this experience ten times better. We went mid week and it was a lot quieter which we loved and were offered a booth by the wonderful lady at the beginning and even at the end she offered us both a lollipop as we declined the mulled wine / hot chocolate because we were so full of tea 😂 The sandwiches were incredible, I was really surprised at the vegan options being so delicious - that mushroom sarni was INSANE. The atmosphere was great. We were very happy that it wasn’t too busy and loud. It was mums birthday and she got a special cake and Pio sang happy birthday with me so I wasn’t alone which was adorable! He was a very gentle soul. We had the best time and thoroughly recommend anyone to go! It is quite expensive but honestly the service made up for that entirely - you pay for what you get. I will be coming back!More infoCharlie and the Chocolate Factory Afternoon Tea at One AldwychPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Aldwych•4.4
