L'établissement Harwood Arms a rouvert ses portes en septembre 2008 après des travaux de rénovation nécessaires. Ce havre de paix rural situé au cœur de Fulham est né d'une collaboration entre Brett Graham du célèbre restaurant Ledbury, Mike Robinson du pub prisé Pot Kiln se trouvant dans le Berkshire rural et Edwin Vaux de la brasserie réputée Vaux. C’était mon premier Omakase et ça valait le coup. C’était exceptionnel, les chefs nous expliquaient la provenance de chaque aliments et les préparaient devant nous. Si vous avez l’occasion, il n’y a pas à hésiter. Je vous recommande Juno omakase.
