Had a lovely day sat upstairs with view of the village nice fire going which made the room very homely 3 of us for lunch we all chose the home made corned beef pie with chips which also came with side of swede & carrot mash and brocolli plus individual gravy boats each food was piping hot and lovely so much that we asked for boxes to take some home Another enjoyable experience we will be back 🙂

The staff were brilliant the last that Served us was excellent 👌👌 very attentive and a credit to the resteraunt deserves recognition. Confused about the fusion of foods, food potentially lacked BUT was still good. Definitely a place to take children to get used to fine dining. Again the server was amazing. He deserve credit. Had a one night stay heading North to Scotland. No issues, nice quaint place with lots of sitting rooms. Food was good. Staff were chatty and friendly. Would return.

Beautiful meals with a lovely atmosphere!! Only thing I would say was to introduce table service due to being so busy! But 5 star from us 👌
