Owned and managed by husband-and-wife team, Daniel Crump MCA and Margriet Vandezande-Crump, the restaurant was crowned the 2024 AA Restaurant of the Year (England). Based in a 17th century coaching inn in the heart of Beaconsfield Old Town, it has also been voted an OpenTable Diners’ Choice, one of the most romantic restaurants in the UK, and named among the top 100 restaurants in the country by SquareMeal. The Grade II-listed venue has a variety of spaces where guests can enjoy a meal or drink.The various menus showcase a commitment to using the best seasonal British produce available, including that grown in the kitchen garden.     We went to The Bank for Valentine’s Day and had a lovely evening. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive and looked after us really beautifully. The cocktails were great - I can thoroughly recommend the Chai Espresso Martini. The food was really delicious and interesting and we had two delicious little complimentary courses - a mango shot and a fudge like chocolate treat. The restaurant itself is very stylishly designed. We will definitely be going again. Amazing to have somewhere so good on our doorstep!

    Love it here! Food always great, Bessa served us beautifully as usual. Friendly & relaxed ambiance. Easy to park now with new 1 hour free & up to 4 hours parking restrictions.

    Food was absolutely delicious - best curry I've had in a long time. Service excellent. My only slight criticism would be decor - as we went near to Christmas it would have been nice to have had a few Christmassy lights/decor. Otherwise, I can't fault it.

    This is a wonderful addition to Hatch End High Street. The size of the restaurant is a surprise for it looks like any other from outside but is quite big. The decor is plush. The food and service were excellent. Worth going with friends and family. Will come again soon.
