As a team of passionate professionals with a long history in pubs, hotels and restaurants, it is our aim to share our love of food, drink and above all good times with you. Our journeys began in the mid-nineties with all of us having since worked in nearly every position, both front of house and in the kitchens, in some of Scotland’s best hotels, pubs and restaurants. It has taken us to many different parts of the world and all over the British Isles during the last 20 years.Deciding to turn our vision of the perfect pub & restaurant into bricks and mortar, we chose wonderful Stirlingshire, a captivating part of Scotland that is home to a wealth of incredible foods, food producers, breweries and distilleries.Since taking over the Allan Park Hotel, we have been working hard to transform the building into a truly special pub, restaurant and coffee house.

A traditional pub and restaurant in the beautiful, historic spa town of Bridge of Allan. Established in 1842, the Westerton Arms has been, and still is an integral part of the Bridge of Allan community.Open daily from 9am until 10pm, we serve exceptional quality, locally sourced food.In our bar we have a wide range of spirits, malt whisky and an extensive range of gins.     The Allan Park food is absolutely beautiful. They serve quality over quantity, with so much taste and favours to their beautiful dishes! The staff are so kind and friendly. Would absolutely recommend! Compliments to the chef’s and staff!

    A firm favourite for my good lady and I, whether that be for morning coffee and scones sitting by the log burner, lunch or dinner, had booked a Saturday night dinner to celebrate Valentines Day plus start of holiday. As always, staff very friendly, bar and restaurant area really warm and welcoming - food was outstanding. Would always recommend as have found all aspects to a very high and friendly standard.     The food was lovely, particularly the mushroom risotto, but the service was what really made the difference. The manager was extremely attentive and took the time to have a bit of banter with us - it really made the difference!

    Had a couple of drinks in the welcoming bar when we arrived and moved to the restaurant at our booking time. The menu is varied, there’s also great service which is very attentive and good and the food was superb. Will definitely go again.
