Housed in the restored 19th century Victoria Quarter, The Cut & Craft Leeds is a beautiful restaurant with historic features and a show-stopping central cocktail bar.Open every day serving lunch and dinner, with brunch and roasts on the weekend, you can expect elegant interiors in a building rich with character and a lively, vibrant atmosphere. Named 'Restaurant of the Year' at the Yorkshire National Business Hero Awards in 2023 and 2024, The Cut & Craft combines contemporary steak and seafood dishes with a premium list of locally-crafted drinks. We have an extensive food menu all made freshly on site including our signature flat iron steak, prepared by our very own in-house butcher. Bill's Leeds restaurant is housed in historic Albion Place, next door to Trinity Leeds shopping centre. Spread across two floors, with a large private dining room upstairs sitting up to 50 guests, plus an outside terrace perfect for sunny days. The newly refurbished restaurant is packed full of colour and charm, perfect for a cosy dinner or catching up with friends.
The bar at Bill's Leeds is the ideal spot for a cocktail or two, we're open until 1am every Friday & Saturday, plus there's live music from 7pm-9pm each Friday.
