The Albion est un joyau géorgien depuis l'époque où Islington était constitué de champs et de terres agricoles, et où les habitués faisaient une promenade hors de la ville l'après-midi pour leur rendre visite. Le restaurant est doté d'un beau jardin qui ressemble à des endroits trouvés dans le sud de la France avec les glycines en fleur et le saule, ce qui crée une atmosphère agréable et relaxante. Dans le fond du jardin se tient une ancienne grange qui était autrefois un bar, et la rumeur est que les Sex Pistols ont joué leur premier concert dans cette grange.
