There can be no better local dining experience.The Brasserie is located on the ground floor and seats around 30 diners. It serves Breakfast (8:00 to 10:00) every day, Dinner (17:00 - 20:30 Last Orders) Wed - Sun, and Lunch (12 noon - 15:30) Saturday and Sunday. Our menus focus on home made dishes, using tasty, fresh produce from artisan suppliers. We're happy to accomodate any dietary requirements and preferences. Welcome to Down the Hatch - EDINBURGH!We are a diner focusing on diner style food with big flavour, fresh ingredients, huge taste and all things Canadian!! Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult and are not permitted from 8pm onwards. We have a 10 minute grace period for your booking.
